Our client needed extra recovery and office space to enable them to reduce waiting lists. The solution to the problem was four new modular units with access into the existing accomodation.

Harpurhey Wellbeing Centre, NHS Mental Health

The existing Harpurhey Wellbeing Centre underwent extensive refurbishment and alterations to ensure community services can be provided for generations to come. The centre users, volunteers, residents and staff contributed to engagement workshops to ensure that the views of the local community were represented.

Rapid Assessment Treatment Service NHS

This service was given money to improve patient flow and ensure there were five waiting bays for Ambulance emergencies when they entered the hospital and patients booked in.

Emergency Department Majors NHS

This project was to revamp the Emergency Department (majors) area in a local trust. It was programmed at eleven weeks and the work had to be completed in eight weeks. With careful planning and coordination, we managed to achieve this for the trust.

Urgent Care Centre NHS

The Urgent Care Project was at the front of the hospital and was carried out in 6 phases. The whole project was surrounded by live areas and as part of the development strategy, D&G had to manage all the areas effectively. We were praised by staff for how we carried this out and how we managed to carry out the work with minimal disruption.

New Fracture Clinic NHS

The project was to completely strip back an existing area in the trust and then convert this into a bespoke Fracture Clinic. This included 8 consulting rooms, a plaster room, treatment room, waiting area, reception and an X-Ray room including the installation of a Siemens X-Ray unit.
