Office Refurbishment Leyland

We were appointed to carry out a full refurbishment of an existing 1960s office suite. The works consisted of a full refurbishment of the building including a new roof. The client wanted a high-end finish for the development which matched other developments they had done in the past. The existing building had its challenges which we worked through with the client and in doing this it did not affect the time frame or the budget and we completed on time to the client’s satisfaction. This has led on to further works with the client and their design team. We carried out a before and after 3D imaging survey for the client free of charge so they had a full walk through of the building that they could share with the other staff members and social medial.
